Hi, my name is Alex Pett and I am proud to say that I will be the new Principal at Logic from this September. I have actually been with Logic since the beginning, having taught both computer science and A-Level maths. I already know many of the students at Logic and look forward to working with all of our community over the coming years.

This week we have welcomed a number of visitors to the school, including governors and new staff. Sometimes I think we take for granted what a warm, professional and friendly environment we have here. It takes someone from the ‘outside’ to point this out to remind us and the feedback we had from visitors was overwhelmingly positive. The relationships between staff and students here remain our greatest quality and the key to our success.
The end of term is now fast approaching! Next week Year 10 will be on their residential trip with PGL. They’ll get to go climbing, do raft building, zip wiring and lots more. It will be a great way to end the year for them and will hopefully give them lots to talk about when they come back and do their spoken language endorsement for their GCSE English on Thursday and Friday. Term ends for them on Tuesday 20th July.
