About us

Sometimes education just doesn’t make sense. Employers are saying that the system simply isn’t producing young people suited to the modern economy. Universities tell us that undergraduates are unprepared for independent study. Something is missing.

The whole concept of Logic has been developed with this and the local community in mind. We want to link the education that you receive with the careers available to you in the local economy and beyond. We want to help you access a better future with outstanding progression routes into university, employment or further training.

Jay Lockwood: Principal

I started working in Feltham over 15 years ago, as a trainee teacher.  Even after I left, I would always feel very nostalgic when I came back to visit, so when I was recruited onto the founding leadership team in 2016, I couldn’t have been happier.  I absolutely love working in this community and seeing students achieve more than they thought they could, learning exciting subjects and becoming excellent self-advocates.  I couldn’t be prouder of what we have achieved in the last 5 years under Jay’s leadership and it’s clear now that his vision – to provide a relevant, connected and focused curriculum – has been realised.
When you come to Logic, you come as an individual.  You will receive excellent teaching in traditional and vocational subjects in a state of the art building, but perhaps even more importantly, you will be able to take part in a range of enrichment activities, project based learning weeks, trips and visits as well as receiving one-to-one personal coaching.  From the day you arrive, we are thinking about your future, your aspirations and how we can help you achieve your goals.
We are very proud of our Ofsted report, which you can read opposite, but one the main things that makes us special are the relationships between staff and students.  By having good conversations every day, we can make sure that your time with us is positive, personalised and prepares you for your next steps.  When you come to Logic, you are welcomed into the Logic family.

Victoria Eadie – CEO Tudor Park Education Trust

“I was the Headteacher of Feltham Community College (now Springwest Academy) for seven years and have always been incredibly proud of the achievements of our students and our whole school community through this time.  I know that a great education gives life changing opportunities to young people and each and every one of our students deserves the best.

Looking to the future and to ensure that we are always ahead of the game in providing the best, the idea of a small specialist Business and Creative Media school, working in partnership with local business partners, appeared to be too much of an opportunity not to grab with both hands for our students.  Hence Logic  was born and sits inside our Trust- Tudor Park Education Trust.

It has been incredibly exciting watching Logic grow into a thriving busy hub of learning and experience.  I know our business partners are just as thrilled to be helping young people develop a clear and certain future. ”

The Tudor Park Sixth Form offer is run from Logic and has been specifically designed to offer the very best learning and opportunities with tight quality control.
