Spanish themed visit to the National Gallery

In December some of the Year 10 students had an exciting start to their Project Based Learning week here at Logic Studio School. The pupils studying Spanish had an adventure to see some of Pablo Picasso’s beautiful artwork in London.

Having spent the previous week studying Pablo Picasso’s life and artwork we thought it best to go and see his paintings.  Walking along Southbank, past the festive markets, to the Tate Modern.

We gave the students the difficult challenge of trying to learn the full name: Pablo Diego José Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno María de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santísima Trinidad Ruiz y Picasso. Some succeeded.

Once we had all the exhibition, we enjoyed a delicious tapas meal which was essential after sightseeing and exploring the gallery.
