Work with us | Traineeships

What is a traineeship?

Traineeships are a Government backed initiative designed to prepare students for the world of work. By combining school support with industry experience students are equipped with the experience they need to become a successful hire.

Students get:

  • A work placement of 70 hours or more
  • Feedback from an employer
  • Interview practice
  • CV support
  • Digital skills for the workplace
  • Support with apprenticeship or career applications

What is in it for employers?

We know that your staff are your most important asset. Ensuring a quality supply of career starters to your organisation assures your continued success. By working closely with us you can get first pick of new talent entering the workforce.

This is a ‘try before you buy’ opportunity that pays you! Currently the Government are offering businesses £1000 for each work placement of 70 hours or more offered. Students are not expected to be paid for this placement (though we are not stopping you of course!)

We know how difficult it is to distinguish between career starters at interview, this gives you a real opportunity to get underneath the surface of potential candidates.

What is in it for Logic?

Forming meaningful partnerships with local industry allows us to tailor our courses and ensure our students thrive in the workplace. Our mission is to see that our students achieve an aspirant destination. Better understanding the requirements of businesses allows us to fine tune the advice we give to students.
