Logic Studio School
This week was a great reminder of the phenomenal leadership that exists at all levels within the school. Our fantastic Physics teacher, Ms Sharif, has worked tirelessly to get the first year of our Student Union up and running successfully. As part of this, our representatives now have been issued with their badges to wear with pride. This week, thanks to our Head Student Ameera, students were presented these badges by local councillor Samia Chaudhary. At a recent event, just a week ago, Ameera button holed Samia into visiting the school. Thanks to the power of persuasion and overwhelming passion for the school, Samia could not say no!
Elsewhere across the school students have been getting into the Christmas spirit through our business and enterprise events. These are developed and run by our students as part of project work in Year 12.
Sticking with Year 12, our 3D printers have been put to use again producing bespoke Christmas decorations. It has been fantastic to see the creativity pouring out of our Employer Engagement group on a Wednesday. They may even be the source of your Christmas Gifts (for 2026).
As we head into the final week of the year there is a lot to look forward to. On Monday we invite parents to join us for Christmas Lunch, we are also encouraging students to wear a Christmas jumper on this day. On Tuesday evening we welcome Year 13 parents to our Subject Teacher Event. On Thursday we go out on Christmas trips here, there and everywhere, before finally wishing our students a Merry Christmas on Friday.
A huge thank you to you all for all of your support this year. However you are choosing to spend the holiday we hope you have a restful break. We look forward to seeing everyone back for 2026!
