Lessons begin this Thursday November 5th at 9am. As we start this new half term, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of a few key things to support your child on their return to school:
Weather and Uniform
With the weather turning colder, it is vital that your child is appropriately dressed for the weather.
- All students should be appropriately dressed for the journey to and from school, including the wearing of coats, hats and gloves which can be stored on arrival at Logic. We encourage students to wear vests and / or base layers under their uniform but these should not be visible.
- The dress code in Year 12 and 13 remains the same.
- Uniform in Year 10 and 11 remains the same. We recommend students wear their school jumper and a reminder that no other tops are acceptable within the building, including hoodies.
Upcoming Events
There are a number of key events taking place this half term
- Tuesday November 12th – Early close at 3.10pm for all students due to Hounslow Schools Subject Meetings for staff.
- Thursday November 12th – Meet your Form Tutor Evening for Years 10, 11 and 12 from 4.15pm. School closes at 3.10pm. Please see our website for further information.
- Thursday November 26th – Logic Open Evening for prospective new Year 10 and 12 students. School closes at 3.10pm.
- WB November 30th – Assessments will take place for Year 11 and 13 – details to be shared soon with specific subjects and times for students.
- Wednesday December 16th – Year 13 Subject Teacher Evening for all students and parents / carers at 4.15pm.
- DATE TBC – You are invited to join us for Christmas Lunch in December. Further details to follow
